The reaction liquid was purified by reverse phase flash with the following conditions: (0292) MeCN/H2O (NH4CO3: 5%) (MeCN: 50%-95%,40 min) to afford tert-butyl (2S)-4-(5-bromo-6- oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-4-yl)-2-methylpiperazine-1-carboxylate(1.2g,64.39%) as a yellow solid.
