1. A solution of N-cyclopentylpiperazine (1.0 eq), NMP, triethylamine (3.0 eq) and 5-fluoro-2-nitrophenylamine (1.0 eq) were heated at 90 C. for 1 hours. The reaction was allowed to cool to room temperature and then poured into water and let stand for 12 hours. The resulting solid was collected and dried and utilized without further purification.
