Then it was introduced in themicrowave reactor and irradiated at 150 C for 3 h. The mixture was cooled to room temperature and the solvent was evaporated and the resulting residue was purified by column chromatography (silica gel, 1- 20% dichloromethane/MeOH) which afforded the product as a mixture of two diastereomers (1:1) LC/MS: (IE, m/z) [(M + 1)- t-Bu] = 336.41, 278788-66-2
