The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours, and was partitioned between saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate mixture and dichloromethane. The aqueous phase was extracted with dichloromethane. The combined organic phases were dried over magnesium sulfate and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated, and the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography, eluting with 5-12percent methanol in dichloromethane, to provide the title compound. MS (ESI) m/z 872.3 (M+H)+.
