After completion of the reaction, the organic layer was extracted with ethyl acetate and saturated ammonium chloride aqueous solution, dehydrated with anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and then filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then the residue was purified and concentrated by column chromatography (silica; ethyl acetate/hexane= 30%) to give the desired compound ofFormula 5-4(0.096 g, 52%) in the form of a yellow liquid.
