Then the mixture was purified by Combi-Flash (mobile phase: acetonitrile/water (10 mM NH4HCO3) to afford tert-butyl 4- (7-methoxy-8- (1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl) -1- (thiophen-3-yl) -1, 4-dihydrochromeno [4, 3-c] pyrazole-3-carbonyl) -3, 3-dimethylpiperazine-1-carboxylate (55 mg, 37.2) as a white solid.
