The resulting solution was stirred at ambient temperature for 2 h. The residue was purified by ion exchange chromatography, using an SCX column. The desired product was eluted from the column using 7M NH3/MeOH to afford impure material. The concentrated eluent was purified by silica column chromatography, eluting with a gradient of 0 to 10% 7M NH3/MeOH in DCM. Pure fractions were evaporated to dryness to afford the title compound (392 mg, 84%) as a yellow solid. 1H NMR (399.902 MHz, DMSO) delta 1.08 (3H, d), 2.06-2.12 (1H, m), 2.18 (1H, td), 2.23 (3H, s), 2.77-2.88 (2H, m), 3.14-3.21 (1H, m), 3.75 (6H, s), 4.32 (2H, t), 5.08 (2H, s), 5.84 (1H, s), 6.44 (1H, t), 6.59 (2H, d), 8.34 (1H, s), 8.71 (1H, s), 10.79 (1H, s), 11.35 (1H, s).
